Allow me to remind you that as a team member,
being responsive to email requests is not just a courtesy,
but very often an important quality when people evaluate your team work spirits and work attitudes.
Sometimes even a simple acknowledgement like “received”, or “noted” will help.
Certainly a more specific or detailed reply is even better when the email request is more formal or important.
當然如果是廣發性的 email announcement (like this one), you don’t have to acknowledge (ACK).
但是如果是有特別指名的，那就要有所回應。
將心比心，如果你今天帶領一個作業團隊當 leader,
你也不希望你發出的 emails 石沉大海，沒有任何回應。

In presentations, please make sure you use thicker lines in diagrams,
to ensure that they can be clearly shown in slides and documents.
在簡報中畫圖不要用太細的線，雖然 PPT 裡預設的線都常很細，
我們可以選粗一點的線，要不然到時候簡報或文章中會看不清楚。
