The following information is provided to help you
in the preparation and submission of your final paper as it will be published
in the proceedings. Please follow all STEPs to insure the submission process is
completed successfully.
STEP 1: Important
Deadlines
PAPER
DEADLINE: Final paper
is due by June
19, 2017.
COPYRIGHT
DEADLINE: A signed
copyright release form is due by June
19, 2017.
STEP
2: Formatting
your Paper
It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it to PDF eXpress™. Please use IEEE templates to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper MUST comply with the following specifications:
Template: 8.5" x 11" x 2 (DOC) (PDF) (LaTex Formatting Macros)
l Submission File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
l
PDF
file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant
l
Not
exceeding 6 pages in IEEE 2-column format (including abstract, figures, tables,
and bibliography)
l
Allowed
File Size: 2.0Mb
l
Do
NOT page number your paper
l
Do
NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
l Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.
STEP
3: PDF
eXpress™ Online File Conversion/PDF
Validation Tool
IEEE offers
PDF eXpress as a free service to IEEE conference
authors, allowing you to make Xplore-compatible PDFs
(Conversion function) or to check PDFs you have created yourself for Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). If you would like to submit your source file to PDF eXpress™ for conversion and validation.
1.
Steps for creating your Xplore
compliant PDF file:
Go to
PDF eXpress™.

(PDF eXpress™ will open in a new browser window)
2. Click button: "New Users click here" to create a new account
3.
Enter
Conference ID: 42205X
4.
Enter
your email address
5.
Choose
a password
6.
Continue
to enter information as prompted (You will receive an email confirming the
successful creation of your account).
7.
Upload
either your source file or PDF file for Conversion; and/or PDF Checking
8.
Use
PDF eXpress™ to obtain an IEEE Xplore-compatible
PDF file.
a.
The
site contains extensive instructions, resources, and helpful hints.
b.
Through
your PDF eXpress™ account, you may submit your source
application files for conversion to PDF, and/or submit PDFs for checking.
c.
You
will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied
with the PDF that PDF eXpress™ creates for you, or if
the system finds problems with your paper, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.
d.
Technical
support via email and telephone is available if you experience trouble in
creating your PDF.
e.
If
there is a problem with your file, you will receive an e-mail detailing the
problem(s). Otherwise the system will e-mail you a copy of your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file.
f.

Note:
PDF eXpress™
is not a file submission system and does not capture files. After using PDF eXpress™, you will still need to submit the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file of your final paper via the
EasyChair System described later.
STEP 4: Submitting a Copyright Release
Form
Please download the IEEE copyright release form (attached below), fill it out and sign it, and then submit the "electronic signed photocopy" to:

Please note: You are stating that the material in your paper is original and you have not previously released copyright for this paper to another party. We cannot publish your paper without this properly completed form.
STEP 5: Final Paper PDF File Submission via (EasyChair System)
Please login to your EasyChair account at https://easychair.org
Enter the Role as "proceedings author (Camera-Ready Papers)" to submit your final camera-ready paper
